What is health prevention?
Prevention is the avoidance of illness, its early detection, and such management in case of illness that will help alleviate its course.
We can prevent diseases both through the way we live and by undergoing screening tests, which will allow us to detect serious illnesses at a stage where there is still a high chance of cure and reduction in the risk of complications. Cancers are a good example here, though not the only ones, as there are more diseases for which early detection allows for limiting further progression, for example: diabetes, hypertension, and atherosclerosis.
Our clinic offers the following programmes:
- My Health Programme
- Cardiovascular Disease (CVD) Prevention
- Flu Prevention
