How to become a patient of our clinic?

To become a patient of the Health Clinic in Rumia, you must complete and sign the declaration of choosing a primary care physician. We also encourage you to choose a health visitor and community midwife (the choice of a community midwife is for women).

In order to submit a declaration, please go to registration at our Clinic.

The patient should have an identity document with a photo and PESEL number

  • ID card,
  • passport,
  • driving license.
  • children – school ID.

The declaration can also be submitted via the website office.gov.pl

Diagnostic tests under the contract with the National Health Fund and against payment:

  • Ultrasound
  • EKG
  • Collection of biological materials
  • KTG
  • Spirometry
  • Audiometry

We perform genetic blood tests for pregnant women:

  • VERACITY 13,18,21 VERAC-1 2100
  • VERACITY 13,18,21; the presence of VERAC-2 sex chromosomes 2150
  • VERACITY 13,18,21; the presence and aneuploidy of the genus VERAC-3 2250
  • VERACITY 13,18,21; the presence and aneuploidy of gender disorders, VERAC-4 microdeletions 2750
