Ladies and Gentlemen, we would like to inform you that Panacea Clinic implements Coordinated Care over the patient (ADULTS AND CHILDREN).

Coordinated care is many diagnostic and treatment options for the most common chronic diseases at your family doctor.

A primary care physician can order patients Additional studies (in medically justified situations), which until now were reserved for a specialist. PPatients covered by coordinated care have the opportunity for faster diagnosis and treatment.

Our family doctors can take comprehensive care of the patient with selected diseases:

  • DIABETES,
  • HYPERTENSION DISEASE,
  • ISCHEMIC HEART DISEASE,
  • ASTHMA, COPD,
  • CTHYROID DISEASES.

Patients can be covered health education, in which they will be able to learn how to cope with their disease through advice educational with a nurse and consultations with a dietitian (under the National Health Fund).
